IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- return your item in the original packaging
- submit your return within 14 days after receiving your package
- please only return the wrong/faulty item, if our customer care team asks you to
- treat the sportswear with care when trying it on
- wear underwear when trying them on
- not remove any labels or tags
DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
- ensure that all the seals are still intact
- the packaging of the product must be unopened and in its original condition
The free items within this promotion cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.
For the paid items within this promotion, a store credit will be given worth the item price during this promotion. Refunds are only available, if the paid and free items are returned together.
Note: If you wish to return any paid items from an order which included a gift or free products as part of a promotion, according to our store policy, you need to also return all gifts/free products to receive a full refund. This also applies to free gifts which have been sent to Gold Rewards Club members. Simply include your gift/free product with your return package without registering it.
If you do not include the free item with your return, the return will be compensated with a gift card only (store credit). However, if the value of paid items kept is above the promotion value, you are entitled to a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Having to return something can be annoying — we know. Therefore, we have tried to make this process as easy as possible for you.
- Simply go to womensbest.com/Returns
- Search for your order with your order number (don’t forget the #) and your e-mail-address.
- Choose the items and the reason for your return.
- Confirm your personal information.
- Download and print out the return label and return form. Add the return form to your package and stick the label on the front of your package. Please note that this is NOT a prepaid label and that the return costs have to be paid by you.
- Bring your package to the post office or return provider of your choice.
- Remember to ask for a return postage receipt and a tracking number and hold on to them until your return has been processed, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
The return costs are to be covered by you and won't be refunded.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account.

Women's Best is not responsible for returns until they reach our warehouse in Dubai, UAE. Keep your return postage receipt and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for returned packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Women's Best will not issue store credit or a refund for your returns.
