General information
Once you have received the items, you have 14 days to return them in accordance with our return policy. The items must be in their original condition. Please note that only sealed items can be returned. We ask for your understanding that opened items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. Returned sportswear will only be accepted if the sportswear was tried on with underwear and is returned clean, without any tears and with all tags and labels attached. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to us.

Refusing delivery of the package
If you change your mind before receiving the items, you can refuse the package upon delivery and use your right of withdrawal. In this case, your package will automatically be returned to us by the carrier – however, you must inform us about this. E-books and digital content
E-books and other digital content cannot be returned or refunded.
Defective items
We hope that our items will arrive in perfect condition and to your complete satisfaction. Should your item however be defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package using our contact form.
To allow fast processing, please inform us directly of the reason of your complaint, stating your order details, and send us a few pictures of the defective item. We will issue you a refund or a gift card as soon as possible – after all, we want you to be happy with your order!
Refunds
As soon as your return has been received, it will be subjected to a quality check and, after successfully passing it, we will refund to you the price paid for the item(s) within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank statement. The refund includes neither delivery nor return costs, these are to be covered by you.
